NEAS offers a variety of staff development services, including customized training programs and topical seminars. In tandem with our overall service philosophy, our approach to staff and organizational development is relationship driven and customized to organizational objectives, rather than "off the shelf". These services may be purchased fee-for-service or added to any LifeMatters or BusinessMatters program.

NEAS training programs and educational seminars provide information and develop skills related to issues affecting employees and their families, as well as managers and supervisors. Our ever-evolving selection of topics are presented in an adult learning style utilizing interactive tools and methods, and each is customized to your unique workforce and organizational culture.

Delivered by our professional trainers, seminars are available either on-site nationwide or virtually over the Internet. Further, we can accommodate all shifts within an organization.
